Adults Only, Hideaway at Royalton Negril Resort

Check in went bizarrely unhinged and mismanaged. The next day management visited to rectify the horror. Overall service was above average in most departments. I rebooked because nothing is perfect and amendments were offered.

I cannot say enough good things about this resort. I recently stayed at Royalton St. Lucia Diamond Club Hideaway and I absolutely hated the experience so much I was ready to never stay at another Royalton again. I booked this trip last minute and it completely changed my perception of Royalton as a brand. 24hrs before I was set to arrive I called the front desk they answered swiftly and Shahanie arranged me a private pick up from the airport and assured me that she would put through any last minute requests for me swiftly. She even gave me her whats app and checked on my once I arrived at the hotel. The drive was amazing. My driver was informative and was so safe. When I got to the hotel the front desk staff made me feel so welcome. They were so opposite of the St. Lucia staff. I was immediately introduced to my butlers Meli & George who I will definitely say went above and beyond to make my last minute solo trip special. They set my bubble bath for me, brought all my requests for the mini bar up including ice while there was a rain storm. One point during my stay, Meli took my laptop back to the room for me to charge while I was at the pool. They brought me lunch, had my room cleaned really early and got me a last minute booking at the spa. They were so on point and so kind. THEN THE VIBE TEAM! WHEW! St. Lucia vibe team was nothing compared to this entertainment crew. GIVE THEM A RAISE. So before dinner i was able to listen to some amazing live music. Then they had a mechanical bull one night. The all white party was so much fun. They were always at the pool orchestrating games and creating a literal vibe. Then they transformed the whole beach into a beach party for the hideaways and EVERYONE was having a great time. Young old, everybody. They really take setting the vibe seriously. I never felt the need to leave the resort to have fun. The bartenders were also so great. Lorenzo at the pool always remembered my drink orders and even made new special things for me to try. My server at Dorado was so great. The host was amazing. I don't know if it's from top down or maybe just the jamacian vibe. But Royalton Negril gave me hope in royalton again. The whole team was amazing.

10th July - 24th July We chose Royalton Hideaway for our Honeymoon as it was adults only! We upgraded our room to a swim up room as we never do this and have always wanted to. We did love the convenience of the swim up room and loved a night time dip. Pros - The staff are lovely, friendly and very helpful. The beach is lovely and there is many different fish to see if you go off and snorkle! Lots of Atlantic Ghost Crabs who come out of the sand and other crabs on the rocks! The food is also very good and very varied so you have plenty to choose from! The room was massive, bed very comfortable, shower was huge and all very clean! Cons This resort is advertised as a relaxing one. It's not. This really let it down for us. We came for a relaxing 2 week break for our honeymoon but I've never been in a resort that is so loud. Mainly by the guests themselves! Now the corridors are very echoey and It doesn't matter what time of day or night it is, no one knows how to shut their room door without letting it slam shut. Each and everything person walking down that corridor were either shouting, screaming or playing music on their phone at the highest volume. There was no consideration whatsoever from the majority of the guests over the whole 2 weeks. (Obviously people talk and laugh etc and thats great! You're on holiday having a good time but it was the shear Volume. You're talking to the person next to you, why are you shouting?? ) The hideaway pool was full of VERY loud, large groups of friends/family and what didn't help was the volume of the music played at the pool bar. You couldn't order a drink as no one could hear eachother. Dont expect to get to sleep until passed midnight each night. I could only fall asleep by wrapping a hoodie around my head to drown out the noise of those who passed our door. It just got too much for us. The hideaway beach was opposite our room and one night a week they have a 2 hour beach party. This would be fine if it was advertised as part of the entertainment when booking this hotel. If we had known, we wouldn't have booked it which is sad to say! If you're looking for a party hotel, great! But we weren't, at all! There was a situation at 2am one night when a group of very drunk people were in the swim up pool a few doors down for us. Again, shouting and screaming for a good few hours. Security eventually asked them to be quiet or leave but it took way longer than it should have as you do see alot of security around the resort. It truly was a beach resort but for the reasons stated above, I wouldn't go back.

The instructor was really nice. He was professional. He was organized. He created a peaceful atmosphere for the client. He gave clear instructions and did some advanced stretching and some for beginners too. Amazing class

Really nice session. It was pleasant and really refreshing. I needed an very good relaxing moment and coach Jovie’s yoga routine was perfect. Hope to enjoy it again before the end of my stay. Thank you for this great moment.
